2.1 Permitted Use

You may browse and use website content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, subject to the creator permissions in Section 4.1 and any separate written permission from us.

• Use the website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to restricted website systems, accounts, or infrastructure.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• interfere with website operation, availability, or security,
• introduce malware, bots, or disruptive automated traffic to the website, or
• scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

2.3 Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific website feature, page, or integration indefinitely.

3.1 Game License

Subject to these Terms, Plague Products grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play a lawfully obtained copy of Enduring Wilderness for your personal entertainment. The game is licensed, not sold. This license does not allow you to distribute copies of the game or commercially exploit its assets, except as permitted in Section 4.1 or by applicable law.

3.2 Walking and Physical Safety

Enduring Wilderness uses real-world steps for walking-based gameplay. Stay aware of your surroundings, follow traffic rules and property access restrictions, and choose routes and activity appropriate to your circumstances. Do not play while driving or when interacting with the game would be unsafe. Game objectives are not instructions to enter unsafe or restricted areas.

3.3 Step-Based Gameplay and Permissions

Intended step-based mechanics depend on Physical Activity permission and Step Tracking. Denying or disabling access limits those mechanics and progression. The game is entertainment, not a medical or health-monitoring service.

3.4 Save Data and Android Backup

Game progress and settings are stored locally. "Clear Save Data" removes locally controlled progress and settings; uninstalling generally removes local application data. Eligible Android or Google backup copies may remain and may restore data according to your backup settings and the provider's practices. Plague Products does not operate this backup service or promise recovery of lost progress. See Section 3 of the Privacy Policy for details.

3.5 Changes and Active Development

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Enduring Wilderness at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific game feature, content, or integration indefinitely. Enduring Wilderness is in active development. Descriptions of planned features are not promises that those features will be released, and no release date is guaranteed.

4.1 Creator and Streaming Permissions

We generally allow good-faith use of our game and website materials in streams, videos, and community posts, including monetized content, provided the use is transformative, respectful, and not misleading.

• Give clear credit to Plague Products where practical.
• Do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement unless expressly authorized.
• Comply with platform terms and applicable copyright and trademark rules.

4.2 Intellectual Property and License Limits

All content on the Services, including text, artwork, logos, trademarks, branding, and game-related assets, is owned by Plague Products or its licensors. Except for limited rights expressly stated in these Terms, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

4.3 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the Services, any content you access, and any third-party services you choose to visit.

• Respect all notices, restrictions, and intellectual property rights displayed on the Services.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by Plague Products.

4.4 No Professional Advice

Website and game-related content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be treated as professional advice or as a substitute for independent judgment.

4.5 Third-Party Sites and Platforms

The Services may link to third-party websites, storefronts, or social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

4.6 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plague Products disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

4.7 Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plague Products from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

4.8 Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may investigate potential violations of these Terms and take appropriate action where technically available if misuse, abuse, a security risk, or legal non-compliance is detected.

4.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

4.10 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
